CNC Workshop

Our History & Growth

30+ Years of Manufacturing Excellence

Founded in 1993, ALIVE ENGINEERS started as a dedicated CNC workshop serving local industries in Gujarat. By integrating Sprocket Industries (established in 1994), we expanded our capabilities to supply sprockets, custom shafting, spur and bevel gears, and precision turned parts across multiple sectors including elevator manufacturing, power transmission, agriculture machinery, paper mills, and auto parts.

Operating out of a modern manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, we house five state-of-the-art CNC Turning Centers, standard heavy-duty lathes, shaper machines, and multi-module hobbing machines. This extensive hardware configuration allows us to accommodate raw materials ranging from stainless steel and mild steel to brass, aluminium, and nylon.

To assure our clients about structural and dimensional accuracy, we maintain a complete calibration suite including high-grade micrometers, dial stands, bore gauges, and vernier calipers up to 24 inches in length.

Quality Assurance Policy

Quality management is at the core of all our organizational activities. Our mission is to deliver products and machining services that satisfy the strict expectations of our customers.

From raw material inspection (procured only from certified vendors) to intermediate inspection checks during CNC turning and final gear testing, each step is strictly cataloged. Onsite support and technical manual documents are provided to client engineering teams for seamless integration.
